What are your delivery times?

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery of your items may take between 3-8 business days, depending on your location :

  • United States : 3-8 business days
  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, United-Kingdom, Malta : 3-8 business days
  • Rest of Europe : 5 to 10 business days

In which areas do you deliver your products?

Our delivery services mainly cover Europe and the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the information necessary to track the progress of your package.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing an order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address. We advise you to contact the delivery service directly when your package is on its way.

What should I do if the product I receive is defective?

If you receive a damaged item, we invite you to send us the following information via our online form:

  • The reason for your complaint
  • A photo of the damaged product, including packaging and labels
  • Your order number

How to request a refund?

My payment has not been validated or is still pending, what should I do?

Sometimes payments are not validated immediately or remain pending. We recommend that you check the details of your transaction.

  • Transaction interrupted during processing

Why was my card payment declined?

A card payment may be declined due to your bank's security systems rather than our payment system. Please ensure that the information you entered is correct and try again. If the problem persists, it is best to contact your bank directly. These declines can be due to several factors, including account balance or card validity.

Absolutely not. Although our repellents are very effective in repelling pests, they do so without compromising their well-being. The ultrasonic waves simply encourage them to move away, without causing them any harm.

Are your repellents annoying to humans?

No, our devices are designed to emit ultrasonic frequencies that are completely inaudible to the human ear. So you can use them with peace of mind without any discomfort.

What to do if one of your devices is not working?

Although it is very rare, if you have a problem with any of our products, simply contact our customer service via our contact page . We promise to respond to you within 24 hours. All of our repellents are also backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Please note that although the effectiveness is generally immediate, target animals may take time to react (up to 2 to 4 weeks). The adaptation period corresponds to a period during which the animal must associate ultrasound with constant discomfort, before adopting avoidance behavior. Territorial behaviors of animals can also delay the effect of ultrasonic devices. As animals become attached to their territories, some persist in staying there at first despite the discomfort caused by ultrasound before gradually moving away.
