Shipping times
We process and ship your orders within 1-3 business days after validation. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-8 business days depending on your location (see the Delivery areas and specific times section). We strive to provide you with a fast and efficient service.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs are as follows:
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United-Kingdom, rest of Europe, United States : Free delivery on all orders.
Specific delivery areas and deadlines
We deliver mainly to French-speaking countries, but also throughout Europe and the United States. Here are the details of the delivery areas and associated times, the choice of carrier is not guaranteed and can change at any time:
- France : Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Colissimo.
- Belgium : Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Bpost.
- Luxembourg : Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Post Luxembourg.
- Switzerland : Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Swiss Post.
- Germany: Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Deutsche Post / DHL.
- Irland: Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via An Post.
- United-Kingdom: Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via Royal Mail.
- Malta: Delivery within 3 to 8 working days via MaltaPost.
Other areas:
- Rest of Europe : For other European countries, we use local postal services or recognized logistics partners, such as DHL or DPD , depending on the destination. Deliveries are usually made within 5 to 10 working days.
- United States : For the United States, we primarily work with USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure delivery within 3-8 business days. Depending on the region, an additional 4 days may apply to cover customs clearance and transcontinental shipping.
Order tracking
To ensure complete transparency, we will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will contain a tracking number and link, allowing you to track your package in real time. You can also go to our tracking page and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Tracking will detail every step of your package's journey, from when it leaves our warehouse to when it is delivered to your address.
Changing the delivery address
Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address directly via our site. If you need to correct an address after the order has been confirmed, we advise you to contact the delivery service directly once your package is in transit. They will be able to assist you with this process.
