Returns and Refunds Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of receipt of your item, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, except in exceptional cases.

 

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using our online contact form or via our email address contact(@)the-pest-repeller.com. In order for your request to be processed quickly, please include the following:

  • Reason for request : Briefly describe the problem you are experiencing with the product. Please specify whether you would like a replacement item or a refund.
  • Visual Evidence : Provide a clear photo of the damaged item, including the shipping carton and shipping labels.
  • Order number : Enter the order number corresponding to the purchase.

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you either a replacement item or a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Refunds delayed or not received

If you have not yet received your refund after receiving our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account : Make sure the refund has not been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer : Sometimes there may be a delay before your refund officially appears on your statement.
  3. Contact your bank : Refunds may take some time to process before being posted to your account.

If after following these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form so that we can assist you.

 

Shipping conditions for returns

If the item you are returning is not faulty or misdescribed, you will be responsible for the return postage costs and will not be refunded.

In the event that the item is defective or not as described, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label free of charge. All you need to do is drop off the package at the designated carrier's drop-off point.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or insure your shipment. Without this, we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
