Returns and Refunds Policy

 

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of receipt of your item, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, except in exceptional cases.

 

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using our online contact form or via our email address contact(@)the-pest-repeller.com. In order for your request to be processed quickly, please include the following:

  • Reason for request : Briefly describe the problem you are experiencing with the product. Please specify whether you would like a replacement item or a refund.
  • Visual Evidence : Provide a clear photo of the damaged item, including the shipping carton and shipping labels.
  • Order number : Enter the order number corresponding to the purchase.

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you either a replacement item or a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then return it to request a refund. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part. Attention: Please contact us before returning the item; otherwise, we will not be able to receive the package.

 

Manufacturing Defect (Warranty)

We offer a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If a product develops a fault within this period, please contact us with a description of the issue, photo or video evidence, and your order number.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund after the defective product has been returned.

 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days, provided the product is new or slightly used.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Once the returned item has been inspected, we will issue a refund.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for another model or version), you may request it within 30 days.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the exchange is required due to a product defect or an error on our part.

 

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
We will cover return shipping costs and send you the correct item.

 

Refunds delayed or not received

If you have not yet received your refund after receiving our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account : Make sure the refund has not been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer : Sometimes there may be a delay before your refund officially appears on your statement.
  3. Contact your bank : Refunds may take some time to process before being posted to your account.

Shipping conditions for returns

In the event that the item is damaged or non-compliant but you refuse a free return, the shipping costs for returning your item will be at your expense.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
