This model is particularly suitable for deterring foxes, which are especially intelligent and wary. The combination of ultrasounds within their hearing range and light flashes is designed to encourage them to leave.

Our devices are designed to emit ultrasonic frequencies within the hearing range of the targeted pests. While these sounds are generally inaudible to adults, some individuals—especially younger people or those with sensitive hearing—may perceive a high-pitched sound when the device activates.
That said, the unit only triggers after a short detection delay via its infrared sensor, and the emission lasts only a few seconds. If you are indoors or not directly facing the device, you’re unlikely to notice anything. Even outdoors, most people experience no discomfort unless standing directly in front of the unit at the moment it activates. Overall, it is designed to minimize any disturbance to humans while remaining effective against animals.

While primarily suitable for foxes, it can also deter other nocturnal pests such as martens or badgers, especially when the flash mode is active.

Thanks to a high-capacity battery and a solar panel, the device operates fully autonomously, day and night. You can also use the USB cable to recharge it with electrical power.

Simply set the left dial (sensitivity) to the middle position to start. You can adjust it later depending on the desired detection range. Then turn the right dial to frequency 5 — the most effective mode against foxes. Next, choose your preferred installation method: insert the device into the ground using the supplied stake, mount it on a wall, or place it in a known passage area.

If the device is placed in a shaded area, you can recharge it occasionally via the USB cable. In full sunlight, the integrated solar panel ensures continuous operation day and night.

The Foxout Repellent works using PIR infrared detection technology. As soon as a fox enters the detection zone (approximately 6 to 8 metres with a 90° angle), the device automatically activates and emits targeted ultrasonic sound, combined with stroboscopic LED flashes depending on the selected mode. This dual sensory stimulation is designed to make the area uncomfortable, encouraging it to leave, pain-free, trap-free, and safe for other animals.

Recommended modes:

Mode 1 : Ultrasound only (fox-specific frequency) – Effective, though slightly less deterrent than mode 5.

Mode 4: Flashing LED only – May work on non-territorial or less persistent foxes.

Mode 5: Ultrasound + flashing LED – The most effective mode, recommended for deterring even the most determined foxes long-term.
